Return & Refund Policy

We here at Burst Living want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a simple return process to ensure you’re happy with your experience. Follow the steps bellow for return

Return Process:

To begin the return process, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to notify us of your intention to return the item(s).

1. Before shipping, take photos of the item and packaging for reference, in case there are any issues during the return process.

2. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.

-Wood carvings are fragile and must be protected during shipping. Please pack the item securely in its original orientation using bubble wrap or similar cushioning. If you’re unable to package the item properly yourself, we highly recommend using a trusted and verified shipping carrier to professionally package and return the item.

Make sure the item is fully protected to prevent damage in transit, as refunds cannot be issued for items damaged due to improper packing.

3. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will approve or disapprove it, if approved your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Damaged item(s)-

If the item has been damaged due to personal use or improper personal handling, we will be unable to offer a refund. Our return policy covers items not approved by customers, but we cannot issue refunds for damage caused after delivery.

Damaged during shipment: In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged/broken from shipping carriers please reach out for further details we will provide shipping label for return and once we receive the broken carving, we will issue a full refund, NO HASSLE!

Refund Process:

•After inspection, if approved we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

•If there are any issues with the condition of the returned item upon arrival, we will contact you with the next steps (deductions may apply).
