Our wood carvings are hand-crafted from premium hardwood primarily mahogany and suar.
Where are your items made?
All of our items are handmade by skilled artist in Bali, Indonesia.
How can I protect my wood carving?
To protect your wood carving, apply a clear wood finish or wax regularly to create a protective barrier against moisture and dust. Additionally, keep it in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight to prevent cracking or fading over time.
Do you restock sold-out items?
In most cases our items are not going to get restocked, but if a carving is loved we will restock it, if we keep a 'sold-out' item listed on our site expect it to return!
NO! Our items are designed with love for indoor spaces only, so we recommend keeping them inside to maintain their beauty and quality!
Why does my product look different from the pictures?
All of our items are handmade so they may vary slightly from product photos, but you will still be receiving item(s) from the product listing.
Are the carvings weather-resistant?
NO! keep them out of harsh sunlight and moist areas to prevent cracking and color fading.
Shipping & Delivery
Do I get free shipping?
Free shipping applies to people in the Continental U.S. if outside of jurisdiction paid shipping options will be shown at checkout.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are packaged 1-3 business days after order. Shipping times vary by location and show at checkout.
What carrier do you ship from?
For Continental U.S. orders we ship via UPS, for other locations we ship through USPS.
Where do you not ship?
At the moment, we do not ship to international locations outside of the countries listed on our shipping page. If you have any specific questions about shipping to your area, feel free to contact us!

What is your return policy?
We accept returns up-to 14 days after package delivery. If you'd like to return contact us with reason why, to learn more about our return process read here 'return process'.
Are there any items that can’t be returned or exchanged?
Yes, if an item is damaged by personal use or after our 14-day return period we cannot grant your request.
How will I be refunded?
If your return is approved, your refunded will be credited straight to your payment method used to purchase, which should appear within 3-5 business days.
